We have over 25-years’ experience in modular design. We have seen the modular industry grow from small office trailers, to remote camps, and see the potential for even larger and more sophisticated buildings.

Completed in 2020, this 5-storey modular hotel was assembled in Prince George, BC and demonstrates that buildings can be constructed out of smaller, simpler individual parts, but still work as a single complex building.

This was achieved by working closely with both the modular factory and the site electricians. Our experience with prior modular projects gave us the ability to coordinate on details months before they were to be assembled.
